Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, so here’s what you need to know about cancellations and refunds:
- Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking, but only if your trip is at least 30 days away.
- If you cancel a changed booking, the cancellation policy applies from the date of your initial booking.
- Once your trip is booked, we make commitments to yachts, skippers, and suppliers, so cancellation fees may apply.
- If you’re paying in installments, the cancellation fee will be the total amount due up to the cancellation date.
- If you paid in full, the same cancellation policy applies as with installments.
- Full yacht bookings cannot be changed; any modifications will be treated as a cancellation.
- To cancel, the Head Booker must email us at info@weeknsail.com as soon as possible.
- Any additional bank fees depend on your bank, exchange rates, and transaction terms.
- Changes to Spot Bookings must be requested at least 60 days before departure via email and are subject to approval. Price differences may apply.
To protect your booking, we highly recommend travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
